BBQ Bean Dip
After the big BBQ, a good way to use those leftover beans.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese – Softened
- 1/2 Cup BBQ Beans – Homemade or Canned
- 1/4 Cup Green Onions – Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Celery – Finely Chopped
- 1 to 2 Teaspoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce – Chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
Instructions:
Using a hand or counter top food processor, process the baked beans until they form a fine paste. Combine with other ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Goes great with tortilla chips as a dip. (Vary Vinegar and Chipotle according to taste and sweetness of beans)
