BBQ Bean Dip

After the big BBQ, a good way to use those leftover beans.


  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese – Softened
  • 1/2 Cup BBQ Beans – Homemade or Canned
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onions – Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Celery – Finely Chopped
  • 1 to 2 Teaspoons Chipotle in Adobo Sauce – Chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar


Using a hand or counter top food processor, process the baked beans until they form a fine paste. Combine with other ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Goes great with tortilla chips as a dip. (Vary Vinegar and Chipotle according to taste and sweetness of beans)
