Artichoke & Cheddar Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion Diced
  • 1 Garlic Clove Minced
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 Cup Bacon Fried And Chopped
  • 2 (6.5 oz) Jar Artichoke Hearts Chopped (liquid Reserved)
  • 1 1/2 t  Oregano Dried
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • Dash Tabasco
  • 1/2 Pound Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
Sauté the onion and garlic in marinade from 1 jar of artichoke hearts. Beat the eggs and add breadcrumbs, artichoke hearts (chopped), oregano, salt and pepper, Tabasco, bacon, onion, and garlic mix, shredded Cheddar cheese. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch or 7 x 11 inch pan; cook for 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees until the middle is firm.
